James Malinchak's The Real Potency Of The Inner Circle By Andrea Adams-Miller

By Liam Martin

During the last three years, I've been interviewing a lot of my peers that I met through James Malinchak and his Big Money Speaker Boot Camp. In speaking and interviewing them, I've noticed a commonality that James has referred to as 'the need to belong." Since I openly admit that 'belonging' is really valuable to me, it makes perfect sense that with regards to creating an inner circle, some people will be engage in consulting, coaching, masterminding, etc in order to belong with a select group of individuals. This desire to belong is very persuasive for attracting followers.

A number of neigh-sayers may say knowledge of this 'belonging" desire and the act of financially benefitting on this desire is negative or wrong. I don't agree. Those of us who know we would like to belong are more appreciative of coaches and consultants who provide an opportunity for us to belong. This is among the reasons I was attracted to James Malinchak's coaching program. While some people may tease "we are drinking the red Koolaid," is following somebody who provides valuable information that improves your life, your business, and your income negative? Belonging is a positive as is following a leader who acknowledges this phenomena.

Belonging to the "James Malinchak" family has been amazing for me overall. This sense of belonging has led me to befriend some of the most amazing entrepreneurs, authors, infopreneurs, celebrities, healers, coaches, consultants, financial analysts, and more. While I may have met similar special people outside the inner circle of James Malinchak, I appreciate the ease of finding similar-minded people driven.

While people come and go in James coaching program as their life changes, the connections I've made in the inner circle with the James Malinchak's clients keep thriving. On almost a daily basis, I've got a connection with somebody that I met through the Big Money Speaker Boot Camp that supports me, leads me, encourages me, and raises me to be more than I ever thought possible in my business and career. These lifelong business connections don't come easy. The friendshipships are dedicated to being excellent and connected with people on the path of excellence.

Therefore, I appreciate the honesty of James Malinchak in telling us that 'a sense of belonging' is something that drives people to invest in coaching with me. This honesty has led me to realize that the sense of belonging is what works or draws some of my clients, too. Therefore, I have been able to model this wording and behavior to build my own business by being forthwith and honest with my potential clients. Also, knowing that I am to belonging, I am now able to rationalize if I am engaging in something because I truly want or need it, or am I just doing it because I have the feeling or desire to belong. Sometimes the answer is yes, sometimes no. Even when it is yes, yes may be the right answer and the right investment.
