Meaningful Customer Engagement using CaptureCode's Mobile Marketing App
A large restaurant chain wanted to launch a branded marketing program to reward their regular customers and increase loyalty to their restaurants. The client wanted to show appreciation for dedicated staff members that were signing up the most customers into the loyalty program. Working closely with CaptureCode, a marketing program was integrated with a rewards program earning a higher return on marketing investment dollars.
A client needed to perform an enterprise migration of their existing database with a loyalty program that would automatically add new members and keep track of them over time. Serving the Boston Metro Area, our client with eight locations was able to collect 9000 customer emails for their email marketing.
CaptureCode's platform enabled the client to create a single harmonized database which could be used to micro-target guests, provided the ability to communicate promotions instantaneously, integrated the client's existing POS system for automatic promotion redemption on the guest check with a single scan by CaptureCode's mobile POS application, and it recognizes the efforts of each employee, and how many registrations they've achieved. All through a unique customized interface.
Within six days of the program launch, the client was able to sign up 1057 new members to its promotion and loyalty club. CaptureCode's platform enabled the client to send out repeat promotions to its customers, generating 331 new redemptions (all within five days), with 266 redemptions for new customers who signed up in the six days since the launch. In other words, 25% of newly registered customers CAME BACK to the restaurant to redeem new promotions. In addition, the client was able to monitor the ability of its individual staff members to get new customer signups and reward employees for their achievements. Today our client has more than 22,000 engaged and loyal members, with a robust rewards program that yields significant sales for them.
