Money was Pam's passion and she could not see herself being parted from it for a long period of time. Pam knew deep down inside that she would have to teach her friend a true lesson about paying back debts. The girl and her family would have to lose their home in a terrible fire.
Her mom found out about this situation and then decided to send her daughter out of the state. She felt that New York City was too complicated for her child and she would become a better person in the country. Fortunately this young lady also had a good cheerful grandmother who was willing to take her in. The grandmother had a huge farm and there were plenty of chores for the girl to do at this particular place.

The grandmother had received a telephone call from the local high school that her grandchild was on top of a building with a very nasty young man.
